You are looking at the first PAWS Adoption billboard. Situated in Guadalupe Edsa, the billboard features Karyle and Shoeshine, a rescued dog in Marikina. Isn't she a beauty? I hope a lot of establishments will follow this good example so that a lot of people may be informed that adoption is an option and that animals, even our local cats and dogs, deserve our love and attention.
